Dotto has outstanding organoleptic
characteristics and a high nutritional value. It is made from selected yields
from trees grown in harmony with nature. To protect and nourish their trees,
the olive growers only use natural substances obtained from simple processing. The result is a vibrant olive packed with potential. The oil
is green in colour with a balanced flavour and slight hints of bitter-spice.
Pairs with chilled summer dishes, green or caprese salads and fish.
